The FRA 31 structure will serve as a 32 MW-Data Center, consisting of 1 basement, 1 ground floor, 2 upper floors and 1 roof level and has ground plan dimensions are approx. 101m x 82m.
The building comprises the lobby entry, customer area, customer office and storage area and a loading bay.The entire object comprises approx. 35 700 m² gross floor area.
