This project comprises the new construction of guest house TRIO REM with a basement, at Zeppelinstraße 50, 14471 Potsdam, Germany. The five-storey residential building is accessed via a staircase with an elevator, with balconies on each floor. The basement is designed according to a watertight concrete (WU) concept.
The building has a gross floor area of approximately 1,266 m².
Our primary focus is on the structural design of the new guest house, including the watertight concrete basement and the precast elements used throughout the building. This includes the detailed structural design (work stages 4-5 / LP4-5), the workshop and erection design for the precast elements, and coordinating the BIM model throughout the design process.
