Construction of a laboratory building with multiple uses in Monheim am Rhein. The main building splits functionally into three laboratory clusters with their own TGA areas (technical towers), plus a social and office area holding the main entrance and central access route (the backbone). To the south, it connects to a multi-purpose building through two corridors and an underground technical tunnel. The building itself rises five full storeys above a basement.
Our scope covers the structural design at work stage 5 (LP5) together with BIM services for the laboratory building, spanning all five storeys and the basement across approximately 41,576 sqm.
