New Urban Quarter Marienhöfe H12

Berlin, Germany

Project Description

This project involves the new construction of the Marienhöfe urban quarter at 12105 Berlin-Tempelhof, Attilastraße 52-59 / Röblingstraße 96-116. The plan is to build a mixed-use quarter comprising several buildings with housing, commercial space, social infrastructure, publicly accessible green and play areas, bicycle parking, and a shared underground car park with EV charging stations.

Building H12 has levels 1-4, with retail space planned on level 0. The significant change in ground level is addressed with a tall plinth level. The staircases and elevators typically run directly down to the basement and the underground car park.

Building H12 has a gross floor area of approximately 13,996 m².

Our Work

Our primary focus is on the structural design of building H12, including the transition through the tall plinth level, as well as the workshop design of the precast elements used throughout the building and coordinating the BIM model during the design process.
